Privacy
This page describes the current Sourney V1 implementation.
What we collect
Before a purchase, Sourney asks for four things and nothing else:
- Your name — used to address you inside the chat and on your order.
- Your age — used only to confirm you are 18 or older.
- Your gender — stored with your order.
- Your email address — used to identify your purchase and for payment records.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Cashfree. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Cashfree's secure checkout and are never seen or stored by Sourney. We store the order reference, the plan purchased, the amount, the payment status and the payment reference returned by Cashfree.
Your session and conversations
Because Sourney has no login, access is tied to a private session identifier stored in a secure cookie in your browser. On our side we keep the pass you bought, when it was activated, when it expires, how many messages you have used and a small amount of conversation state (for example, the game you are playing or a topic you mentioned) so Sourney can stay coherent. Message history is not published, sold or shared.
Analytics and advertising measurement
Sourney uses the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) to understand how visitors use the site, measure the effectiveness of advertising, and track when a purchase is completed. The Pixel collects events such as page views, plan selections, checkout starts, and successful purchases. It does not record your chat content, messages, or personal conversations. Meta may use this data under its own terms.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not use external generative AI services, so your messages are not sent to one.
- We do not place personal information in web addresses.
Retention and requests
Order and access records are kept for as long as needed to operate the service and to satisfy accounting and payment-dispute obligations. If you would like your information removed, contact us with the order reference shown on your payment screen.
